GotAJob is a community-driven platform of verified and self-reported job-offer stories. The dataset is searchable by role, country, salary, source of hire and search duration. The companion Offer Index aggregates the same data into honest benchmarks: salary medians by role, time-to-offer distributions, and the channels that actually convert. Beyond the data, GotAJob offers career help: 1:1 support from a vetted pool of experts for CV rewriting, interview preparation, salary negotiation and full job-search packages.
