GotAJob (GAJ) is a community and data platform built around real job-offer stories: what people applied for, what they were offered, how long the search took and what actually moved the needle.
Why this exists
Most job-search advice is generic. We think the best advice is specific, drawn from what people did and what they were offered, not from a list of rules someone wrote in 2017.
Every story on GotAJob includes the role, salary, source channel, application count, interview rounds, and a short writeup of what worked. Together they form a searchable picture of how hiring actually works nowadays.
Who runs it
GotAJob is run by Lyubomyr Reverchuk and a small team. Lyubomyr has spent more than a decade in the IT staffing business, hiring, placing candidates, and negotiating offers. He started GotAJob so the data that usually lives in recruiters' heads has a place to live in the open.
